Sodexo engaged Rapid Air to complete upgrades to the Paraburdoo Youth Airconditioning equipment which had been in service since the buildings construction in 1987.

Scope of works Completed

• Decommission and removal of existing Air Conditioners

• Extension of concrete Plinths to fit new Systems

• Replacement of all external ductwork

• Replacement of electrical isolation switches

• Installation of stand-alone HVAC controls for each unit

• Electrical testing

• Commissioning
